Initially we talk about your requirements and look at the site and then we prepare initial designs for discussion and present them as 3-dimensional drawings. From there, we make your planning application for you, establish the budget and help to appoint a builder. During the build stage we manage the building contract and carry out the site inspections you need to develop the property of your dreams.
